    Account Manager

Position Description:
The Account Manager shall serve as the primary business contact for the institutional partner (client) and shall be responsible for P&L from the assigned account(s). The AM shall be responsible to execute the project as strategized with client, represent client’s needs and goals within the organization to ensure timely deliverables and revenues. In addition, the AM shall build relationships at all levels with client to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all client’s project management, deliverables, revenues, communications and conflict resolution.
  • Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Assists in strategy development
  • Prepare roll-out plans, train the channel partners, travel for ground level preparation and pitch for new business
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner and escalated to seniors in timely manner
  • Works closely with various department/teams in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payments & collections.
  • Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
  • Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the seniors and respective departments
  • Authors campaign summary/analysis.
  • Reports to the senior manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance client’s relationships
  • Graduate with minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

    Territory Sales Incharge
